Training - Basic programs and HACCP system training

On September 17, the Business Association was organized by the GEA Training Center and the Management Systems of Ltd "Basic Programs and Training of HACCP System". The goal of the training was to study the product hygiene, sanitary-hygienic norms and instructions for their performance by the clean zone staff. Also, to develop the skills needed to produce product and supply hygiene in terms of food safety.

The training was led by an international expert, trainer Mrs. Natela Khurtsidze.

The training participants were awarded certificates of GEA and MS.

This training program is relevant, as the Government of Georgia has determined the general rule of food / animal, food producer, enterprise / distributor, hygiene according to the Decree # 173 of 25.06.2010 which prescribes general requirements for food / animal food producer and distributor of foodstuff / animal food Production, transmitter Avebisa and distribution at all stages. The same resolution determines the rule of supervision, monitoring and state control.
