On February 27, 2016, the Association of Employers of Georgia organized a training called "Sanitary-Hygiene Requirements for Food Processing Personnel - ISO / TS 22002.1", led by Mrs. Natela Khurtsidze, international expert.
The training was attended by representatives of primary processing and processing enterprises, importer and distribution companies, warehouse-refrigeration organizations, restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, hipmarkets and small retail networks.
The purpose of the training was to inform participants about product hygiene, sanitary-hygienic norms and instructions on their implementation. Training topics are especially important for employees working in clean zone as they produce productive and productive hygiene skills in terms of food safety.
At the end of the training participants were awarded certificates of "management systems".
